1 candidate, many roles

This provides a good understanding of a candidate's competencies and is best used to guide them towards the roles that will fit them best. It often will turn up suitable roles that the candidate had not previously considered.

Job Fit and Development Report
1 candidate, one role

This report will detail a candidate's fit to a specific role. It shows their level of ability in all competencies and contains a gap analysis, management advice, training and development suggestions.

Shortlist Report
Many candidates, 1 role

When you have a lot of candidates to choose from, but only one role to fill - this report will help you make the right decision. Candidates are listed in order of competency fit to the role.

Strengths Report
1 candidate, strongest competencies

This one is delivered to the candidate. It arms a job seeker with knowledge of their strongest competencies, which in turn will give them confidence and help focus their interview technique.

cmycandidate

What is it?

  • It's a web-based candidate profiling tool which uses established and proven assessments for:
    • Verbal reasoning
    • Numerical reasoning
    • Abstract reasoning
    • Temperament
  • The system is based on a set of 36 competencies. All candidates and jobs are profiled against these competencies, using the same language to enable accurate job fit.
  • Candidate profiles can be matched to 1200 ANZSCO job profiles, as well as any number of custom job profiles in your organization.

How does it happen?

Once you register for this services, we can either profile candidates at our test centres or give you access to the site where you can set up the tests to be completed by the candidate in your own premises. After the job and the candidate has been profiled, you can use the reports as required. It's a simple process but - if you get stuck there is online training and telephone support available.

Importantly, profiling and benchmarking services are available before the expensive process of recruitment even begins, to ensure you know exactly which skills are needed to fill a specific job role successfully.
