The full CMyPeople assessment takes 60 to 90 minutes to assess employability skills accurately - through a series of verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning tests. So five minutes, won't assess every detail of your personality, but it will provide an interesting snapshot.

This assessment is based on the Humm-Wadsworth Temperament Scale and combines a set of forced-pair questions.
The test is not meant to feel comfortable or easy to decide - your natural choices will be challenged.
You should look at both groups of words and select the group that 'feels' like the closest match to you.
Don't over-think it, even if some of the choices seem to conflict in your mind. Go with your gut-feel on the group that is closest to you.
You'll see different combinations of the same groups of words paired against each other.
Keep going and you will get through the 21 variations pretty quickly.
