Get a can-do, will-do workforce
For some jobs you don't need a detailed assessment of a candidate's competencies - you really just need to know things like:

- are they a strong team player
- do they show good attention to detail
For just this reason we have developed CMyWorkforce. An assessment tool based on a twenty-minute online test, designed to screen large volumes of applicants or blue collar candidates.
The test is self-explanatory. It's easy to use and candidates can complete it anywhere and anytime as long as they have access to a computer and the internet.
Detailed reports
The tool provides a report that indicates each candidate's work attitude and job fit as well as an assessment of four key skills:
- Problem solving ability
- Service orientation
- Task focus
- Work approach
The report also provides suggestions to help probe for further information in an interview with the candidate, if they make the shortlist
