Making people happy at work

At CMyPeople we practice what we preach. We assess all employees to ensure they are a great fit to their roles as well as the company. And if you step in to our offices, or talk to any member of our team, you can see the difference this makes. Most of us have some link to organisational psychology, even the technology team. And everybody is focussed on our vision, to make people happy at work.

To deliver this vision we have inspirational leaders whose divergent experiences and strengths direct our enthusiasm for what we do and how we deliver it.

Stuart joined Chandler Macleod in October 2007 with a focus on building an expert team and driving the commercialisation and market growth of ESP.

Stuart is passionate about the potential for online technologies to change an organisation for the better, having co-founded Net Return in 2001 and secured the sole rights to launch the online business solution, NetSuite, in Australia - one of the first online applications of its type.

NetReturn grew to over 60 employees with a turnover above $10m, ranking 11th in BRW's fastest growing companies in Australia.
