Scalable Solutions
CMyPeople uses ability and personality tests to assess and create candidate profiles. It is used to gauge any candidate's fit against:
- an unlimited number of custom job profiles
- or over 1200 existing Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) job profiles.
A full profile evaluation takes between 60 and 90 minutes to complete and is valid for up to 5 years (although we recommend re-assessment every 2-3 years). The information gathered during the evaluation can be stored and used for future recruitment, development, succession planning and re-deployment purposes.
